Our supervisors's role is to keep in permanent contact with our clients, to audit our provision of service, to communicate the findings to the company’s senior management with a minimum delay, and to participate in the corrective process, if necessary.

Matetshi Security has 24-hour operation run by a dedicated and enthusiastic management and supervisory team.The primary responsibility of the management team is to ensure that our clients’ requirements are met and that our clients are satisfied. We carry out regular customer liaison activities and we permanently keep in touch to ensure that our clients remain satisfied by the level of service we provide, and their standards and requirements are being met.
