Matetshi Security uses a comprehensive screening process to check all applicants irrespective of the potential that they show.  We ensure that only suitable persons are employed.  All of our officers abide by a strict code of conduct, recognised by the Institute of Professional Security Association (IPSA).  All of our officers are given comprehensive on-site training, which is supervised by our managers, to familiarise them with the instructions of the assignment and the requirements of our clients.  Additional external training courses in First Aid, Fire Safety, Customer Service and the use of Monitoring Systems are arranged to ensure that officers are fully aware of the requirements of professionalism in the security industry.

In order to reflect and promote the professional corporate image of our customers, all our security officers wear full uniform at all times.  Matetshi Security Serviceprovides full uniform and specialist equipment for our officers.  Specific uniforms that would meet the requirements of our clients or plain-clothe operation can be arranged on request.
