Our high calibre security personnel constitute the critical elements of our service.  We pay a particular attention to their background, training and experience, to ensure the continuity of service and the capacity to respond swiftly and efficiently to all of our clients' needs on all matters relating to security and support. To this end, we stress on our personnel's well being, site training, regular reviews, and supervisory visits to ensure conformity with our clients' requirements.  We have a team of highly trained personnel who cater for the needs of all our clients .

Our experience in working in the security industry has convinced us that larger security companies can no longer deliver a personal and tailored service.  We are proud to be amongst the smaller organisations, which endeavour to fill the vacuum by providing a security service that is the best. Our continuing success is based on the provision of an extremely high quality of service that we tailor to the needs of our clients. 

We strongly believe in professional and trade organisation membership.  All security service specifications that Matetshi Security Service provides are in accordance with standards detailed by the British Security Industries Lead Body, BS7499, and BS7858 and fully comply with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) licensing requirements.

We are keen to emphasise on Health and Safety awareness for our security officers, where we stress on compliance with the requirements of the Health and Safety at work Act 1974, and keep all our officers updated with health and safety regulations and procedures as implemented by our clients.
 
Matetshi Security also believes that our service to our clients will not be comprehensive if we do not address First Aid and Customer Service training for our officers.  We consequently endeavour to have all our officers trained in First Aid and GNVQ in customer service, as part of our standard service package to our customers.
